He has like 6-8 balls (no pun intended). I doubt he'll miss this one. He was telling me he has 14-16lb balls both for hooking and to go straight. He won this one and only tossed it a few times. Not really sure what was up with the grips. I just think they weren't glued in very well when he had the ball drilled for his hand.

The tropical storm is a sweet deal. I think they sell for more than $75. Good deal on all this stuff to anyone interested.

I ordered the Hammer Sting it is apart of the black widow line. I had the Spirit Virtual ball but ended up not liking it like I thought I would. What did you get? I went with a ball thats made for a big hook with a lot of back end movement. We'll see how this one works out.

I was considering the black wido nasty as its the last of the black widow line. then decidd I like the new jigsaw corner better. I talked to a few diff pro shops and got bad reviews on both. I ended up going with the new ebomite mission. Awesome ball. Phenominal reviews as well.

You are about a month to late.
I just bought that exact same Tropical Storm for my wife a month ago.
                          That is a $ 120.00 ball drilled!

                              Thanks Chris!!

Mike, both those hammers I looked at and acutally used the jigsaw is amazing out of the box but it breaks down way to fast same with the nasty. It's the finish and lack of polish on the balls. But the venom series is a different finish and polish so they supposly hold up and last longer. How is that ebonite? I have a ebonite tornado and loved it not really as aggressive as a ball that I want but I've heard good things about the ball you bought. I'd like to hear more about it, how aggressive is it and a lot of back end?

I love it. Very agressive, solid pin action, backend is great. I threw the storm invasion, the black widow venom and the mission before I decided. Im very happy with my decision. Only thrown like 10 games with it but averaging a 200 so far. Once i get it dialed in and learn to keep my spare ball in the bag it will be better.
