Sorta, used at Mid Michigan with a couple street runs. Not a daily driven car.

Hmmm, how much stickyer are these than street tires? How many passes/miles?

A lot better than street tires. Cut a few 1.9's on them compared to my Comp BFG's 2.1's.

Not sure how many miles/passes are on them. Safe bet say 50%.
Cheap way to hook and save the wear on your street tires while at the track.

Looking to hit 12's, not really in my budget as I just found out I owe the IRS $980(payroll dept = fail). Let me think about it.

Nittos are much better than street tires but not as good as BFGs or Mickey Thompsons, I was able to cut some 1.7 60' times with mine but you have to heat them up really well during your burnout. They would make good track tires for you Spencer
