Basicaly It Is A Cheap Way To Tune Your Air Fuel Ratio Never Got Around To Use It The Way It Was Explained To Me Was When You Put A New Mass Air Meter In Your Car The Car Does Not Know That It Has One So This Sends The Proper Signal To Your Cars Computer
