  • FS / Trade: premium audio setup

I have a complete premium subwoofer setup for sale or will consider trade for some trans am / lt1 parts.

system is like new and includes

2 Infinity kappa perfect 12.1 subwoofers in a box custom built to the manufactures specifications for volume to optimise sound quality. box is carpeted with black automotive carpet.

    a 1200 watt JBL amplifier

all the wireing needed, enough to hook it up in a full size suv like a suburban. monster cable (premium wire) and a breaker box.

1 spare infinity perfect subwoofer for parts.

all of it cost well over $500 new. had it in my car for a few months but got worried about it getting stolen at college ,so i took it out of my car and has been stored since. this stuff is hardly used and everything looks and operates like new.

please pm me if your interested, $250 obo or trade for fbody parts... looking for mostly performance stuff like exhaust.

    will have pics up tomorrow

              Info on the subs:

The Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 12" subwoofer joins together a rugged aluminum cone and high-roll butyl-rubber surround to produce impressive bass all the way down to 18 Hz. The ultra-rigid woofer cone won't distort (even when you push it to the max), but it's light and responsive for remarkably high sensitivity. That means it'll squeeze the most volume out of the power you feed it.
The massive cast-aluminum basket and the pole-piece are vented, so the 4-layer voice coil stays cool when the music gets hot. Infinity subjects these subs to the most intensive testing in the industry — 100 grueling hours of performance at their full RMS rating (350 watts).
The Perfect 12.1 bridges the gap between subs intended for SPL and those intended for sound quality, creating bass that hits hard and sounds great. Whether you're planning a competition system or just looking for powerful bass, this sub's ready for action.
              Details:
              • 12" 4-ohm subwoofer
              • aluminum cone with high-roll butyl-rubber surround
              • massive cast-aluminum basket
              • suitable for free-air use (handles up to 175 watts in free-air applications)
              • power range: 75-350 watts RMS (1,400 watts peak power)
              • frequency response: 18-200 Hz
              • sensitivity: 96 dB
              • top mount depth: 6-1/8"
