Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
how much for the rims and what kind of condition are they in?
there 16x8 right?
The rims are 16x8, and are in really good shape. I'll have to take a closer look at them, but I don't think theres even any curb rash on them. Tires are probably at 60% tread left.
Phoenix has first dibs on the car right now, if he passes, I'll see if we can work something out on the tires and headers for you guys.
Well, heres another batch of pics. The door is pretty much perfect. The rust on the drivers side and in the spare well are the only bad parts. I couldn't find a model # for the intake. The brake booster is shot, but i have a replacement for it complete with reservoir. I also have the relay brackets, a new pad for the firewall, the dash wiring, engine harness, etc etc. All the bottles, just tons of stuff.
And yet more pics! The white door isnt in as good of shape, but its solid. A little bit of rust on the inside lip. The passeneger floorboards have a little surface rust, but thats all. As you can see, the quarters are a bit rough. All of the lights are in good shape, the motors work for the headlights, one of the headlight assemblies (drivers) has a broken strut on it.
The hatch for the car is rust free, excepting a little surface rust around the screw holes for the spoiler.
Well, Phoenix_Rising stopped by last night, awesome guy, and picked up a bunch of the front end parts. Curt is stopping by tonight to get the car itself, and the wife should be much happier!
Thanks to Phoenix for the help, hope all that stuff works out for you!
Sorry about that Mike. I'm trying to get my friend to pull the trailer out there for me tomorrow. With my Jimmy broke (trans solenoid) it's making this very difficult. Don't WORRY I Will come get it!

No problem, I understand that life happens. Trust me, it ain't going nowhere.
Phoenix had expressed interest in the steering column when he was here, if you don't have plans to use it. Might want to get with him on it.
hi mike, i never got the chance to thank you for your hospitality. me and nick both had a great time poking about osram and seeing what you do. thank you for all the parts, i will be sure to put them to good use. it looks like youve got a solid father/son project there i cant wait to see your bird when you are finished. it was a pleasure meeting you and your family. hopefully you will make it out to woodward on the 11th, even if you are cruisin the aurora. btw, if you two do come up with a spare steering column let me know. see you around!
