  • F/S Built 3.8L v6. Any interest...

-A holden lower intake, (STILL NEEDS PORTED)
    -Diamond Coated Pistons
    -L32 RODS
-Stock Crank.. (These cranks hold ton of power and boost)
    -Fully Balance & Blueprinted
    -Studded Main Caps.. (arp)
    -A.R.P Head studs.
    -Rod & Crank Bearings
-Custom Comp Cam, Set up for Twin Turbo...
    -Comp rollor rockers
    -Comp Lifters
    -Double roller timing set
    -Custom Valve Covers
-Custom Flex Plate, (built to run with a TH400)
    -A.T.I balencer

I do have paper work showing the machining, I have a guy by the name Rob Morris That does all my Machining and has done it for some time now. He is very good! And Sean that works with Rob, Did the Port work, He has done lots of my portwork as well, they’re both really good at what they do!!! I have worked with them for about 8 yrs now. The Block had about 70,000 Miles on it, it was fully checked, the Heads had about 40,000 on them, everything in the heads are brand new, and we didn’t reuse any parts!!!!! The crank only has about 4000-5000 miles on her, she is very nice. All the bearings are stock size, you want to do this because getting a crank that is shaved down for a motor like this Is not what Ii like, plus it would be a little weaker than a stock size journals... I looked for a long time to run across this crank... The block is in awesome shape. Pistons are .20 over, and rated @ 8.5 to 1 comp... Fully ceramic coated on top and moly coated skirts. This is ready to be put together, The Bowls on the heads haven’t been touched because I normally do my own, And decided to sell this so, its really not too hard.. With the Flex Plate, That flex plate is meant to run a TH400 trans, Yes there are issues with the trans meeting up to engine, You have to make an intermediate plate for the trans to bolt up to motor, Also you will have to have a custom Torque Converter made.. That Flex Plate alone was $400.00.

-The intake will need porting and matching...
-Valve Size are 1.89int, and 1.55exh.

-Pushrods also go along with this engine, but will need to be measured and I can get them coming...

-THIS MOTOR WAS PLANED ON PUSHING 750+ @ THE REAR WHEELS!!!!!!!!! And be able to drive it on the street!!!!!!!!

$$$ 5500.00 OBO... for engine... A lot more into it than that...

ALSO HAVE 2 GT35R BALL BEARING TURBOS FOR
    SALE. THEY ARE BRAND NEW!!!!
The turbos are for sale: Priced @ $1450 ea or if you buy both ill sell to ya for $2500..... But only will sell the turbos if motor sells....!!!

I'm either blind, or there was never a price posted....

I'm interested, but you have waaaay more explaining to do.

Post up your cam specs. Can't sell a "custom" grind without divulging information.

Post pics of the custom valve covers and Holden LIM.

How many miles were on the heads/block prior to machining?

What are the specs of the valvetrain? "Big" valves tells us nothing. What springs? Different retainers/keepers? Were any valvetrain parts reused or is everything new? Who did the port job? Why were the bowls left untouched? Do you have flow numbers for the port job? Were the heads decked (I can't tell from the blurry picture)?

Explain the machining that was done to the block (what was done specifically, what was NOT done, and who did the work). What size main/rod bearings do you have? Was there any machining done to the crank?

Explain the balancing that was performed.

I don't see anything special about that Meizere FP340A flex plate other than it's a Meizere FP340A flex plate that was made by Meizere to bolt up to the 3800 series crankshaft. Can you explain how it has been modified to work with a TH400? Wouldn't you just make sure the input shaft of the transmission works with the torque converter? I don't see how the flex plate has anything to do with the retrofit unless there is a bellhousing clearance issue or something like that. I have no idea which is why I'm asking.

Most importantly, do you have documentation showing what machine work has been performed on everything, or are we supposed to take your word for it?
