I know I have only a handful of posts on here, but it's mainly because I don't frequent the site. I have memberships to other sites such as ls1tech.com (since 2004) and www.impalassforum.com (since 2003), for references.
As far as I know, besides kent moore tools, no one makes the proper tool for installing the the water pump drive seal into the timing cover. Sure you can use a socket, or a sharpie pen body, but the kent moore style tool is very nice. However the kent moore tool comes at a hefty price ($60+), and I'm not even sure you can get it without buying the whole kit.
They are similar to the kent moore tool. I had them drawn up in autocad and then produced on a CNC machine
They are made from aluminum and will be a lot cheaper.
Price is $7.75 Shipped in the U.S. I hate to be mean, but for those in Canada, $10.00 shipped so I can ensure proper postage If international overseas I would have to get an estimate first.
PM me for my paypal address or mailing address. Include Forum name in payment, so I know who you are! (to prevent trollers from spamming my email)

Simple But Effective Instructions incase you doubt the proper use of tool
http://www.mediafire.com/?zmremmz2kgi I can always email to you to (free file hosting = tons of stupid ads), I just used this place to host it for free
I have 20 tools left from my initial run of 80 tools. If there is a demand for more than the 20 tools I have left, I can have more made and in my hands in about a week.
Buyers:
Thanks Matt
