I have for sale my V1 radar detector, it has all of the new updates aside from POP which I never needed due to my area and the lack of its use and it does not have Euro mode either which again I never needed for obvious reasons. The detector works flawlessly and has no issues, but I am selling it to fund my current build and it has no use to me if my car doesn't run lol. As everyone knows this is one of the best detectors on the market and its updatable. The serial number is

JVC KD-LH1100 its practically brand new as you can see and was only used in my car for a few months before I sold it. It comes with everything pictured and is a very good unit. The blue lights around the faceplate light up and can be set to pulse with the bass and there are 1700 different color combos for the backlight It also hasa 3d animated screen which looks just like the pioneer units with the dolphins and all that jazz. Your description of the deck kinda confuses me. You say there are liek 1600 color combinations. Is there any that are JUST red? Or is the back part always blue? The color is more important to me than the actual deck, that is why I bought my sony one for my old car lol. Eventually I'm sure the factory monsoon in my car will crap out like the old one and I'll put a humount and deck in, thats why I'm curious.

What they mean by this is that yes there are present background colors like red, blue, orange, green ect. but if you don't like a present color you have a pallet with a range of 1700 different colors that you can choose from. Its the type of pallet that fades into all the rainbow colors so you get everything in between to choose from.

The screen which is black in my pics is what changes color, I posted a link up before the pics that better shows what I mean. Its unfortunate that I don't have any pics of it installed and working to show.
