  • Gauging interest..I have 1 unpainted new 98-02 VFN Sunoco Hood, need Black SS Hood

I am thinking of returning my car to stock form and selling, do to possible up and coming money issues. I have a brand new never installed VFN produced Sunoco Style hood without the line. This is a direct bolt on hood. I am looking for a 98-02 Black Camaro SS hood. Hood must be black and flawless or I will not even consider a possible trade. Just putting a feeler out there at the moment. Hood is located in Toledo Ohio.

It's a nice idea but I honestly don't know if you'll be able to get someone that's willing to do the trade. Unless it's only the LT1 SS hoods, I thought SS hoods could go for close to $1,000? Seems like an uneven trade.

I need an LS1 hood and they go for about 5-600 on LS1.com

It's not a fully stock SS hood but the casual person wouldn't notice.

Nice catch! I bet that thing fits like shit though. Only aftermarkets that seem to fit are the VFN's.

Hood would cost you $750 direct from VFN I would sell for $625 picked up.
