  • 1995 Camaro B4C/GAM, FOR SALE

    FOR SALE
    1995 Chevrolet Camaro
    B4C (Special Service Police Package)
GAM (Built for Federal Service Police/Gov.)

In 1995 there were 310 B4C Camaro's made and of those 310, there were 70 GAM Camaro's. Therefore this car is very rare being 1 of 70 ever made in 1995.
    Exterior: Medium Quasar Blue Metallic
Interior: Graphite / Black. Cloth seats
Power Options: A/C, P/S, P/Mirrors, P/W, P/L, remote rear compartment unlock button, rear defogger, cruise control
    Engine: V8, LT1, 5.7 350
    Transmission: 4L60E, 4-Speed Auto w/ OD.
Mileage: 38,200 Original Miles. EXTREMELY LOW and DOCUMENTED.

This 1995 B4C Camaro was in-service with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Law Enforcement in Southern California. It was used for surveillance purposes only, that is why the mileage is so low and why it is so clean. I have e-mailed and spoke with the Office Manager at the US Fish and Wildlife Service Office where this car served. She advised that the car never had any emergency equipment installed on it nor was it ever marked in any way. I purchased it from a former police officer from Utah who bought it in California. When he retired, he brought the car with him to Florida and that is where I bought it from. The paint and interior are in excellent condition and it has never had any holes drilled in it anywhere. The underside of the car is clean and there are no signs of rust anywhere on the car. There are no signs accident damage repair or reports of any accidents in the service records or on CARFAX. The engine compartment is VERY CLEAN and the engine runs strong; as it should with such low mileage. The only modification to the car is the window tinting on the side windows, rear hatch glass and along the top edge of the windshield. This car, with these options and very low mileage, make it very collectible and rare.

I have the original window sticker and what appears to be a majority of the service records from California when it was in-service. These documents help to verify the actual mileage. When I purchased the car, the clear coat on the rims was starting to peel, so I purchased a new set of factory correct rims with Firehawk tires on them. The old rims (still in good shape, but not show quality) are included in the sale and have KUHMO rubber on them that still have a lot of tread. I believe the previous owner put the KUHMO's on, but they did not look "factory" enough for me so I took them off. The new rims are PERFECT with many miles left on the tires! When I bought the car, the upper half of the front nose piece had been repainted for some reason. However, the paint was not blended right and had runs. Therefore, because I am a self proclaimed perfectionist, I had it corrected and also had the hood repainted to ensure a match. This was all done by a professional car restoration shop and looks great. You would not have noticed if I hadn't written it here, check out the pictures!

Please visit the following link to see photos of the car, inside and out including the SPID label showing the B4C and GAM codes.

I have owned the car for one (1) year and hate to let it go. I doubt if I will ever find another one like it with such low mileage, but due to some financial issues I must sell it. The vehicle is located in Holland, MI and can be seen at anytime (evenings and weekends). I can e-mail more photos and please ask any questions that you may have. I am asking $12,750 for the car which is what I have into it, but I will entertain any serious offers. The car will be sold as-is with no warranty. Arrangements for delivery/deposit will be between the me and they buyer.

    Please e-mail Dave at: fedb4c@yahoo.com

Probably silicone hoses, upgraded tires, tighter springs, higher top-speed limiter, big trans cooler, high-amp alternator, cop-specific interior..

      Usual cop-package shiznit.

The B4C package really isn't all that special but indeed this car is rare, looks very nice.

They had a limiter on the cop editions so cops couldn't have TOO much fun . I think it's set at 155?

pretty much all obd 2 cars have a speed limiter, keeps dumb ass drivers from going too fast, usually its set around 95 for sedans and trucks and a touch over 100 for performance cars, ie camaro, firebird, vette. Looks like a nice car. I want one but not for that kinda money. That price makes me sweat. You just need to find the right person though, I guess.
