$300 w/ $100 deposit. Trying to get a little more this time because it's available immediately whereas last time it was a 2 week wait. If anyone from Mif was interested I'd be willing to go to $300 again.

That's what I was going to suggest. He seems to be either no longer interested, or he can't come up with the money. If you can get in contact with him, let him know that he's got X number of days to pick it up and pay the remaining amount, or to call off the deal, and on X date, he forfeits his deposit.

I've been trying to - that's what has been the most frustrating. Before he had an answering machine or voicemail for his phone but now it just rings and rings and rings and never picks up. I even tried dialing his number, putting the phone on speaker phone, and then putting it down in the cup holder and driving where I was going. I let it ring for about 10-15 minutes before I finally said screw it and hung up.

My friend is sort of in the same situation with buying a car. The guy has been "waiting" for the title for a few WEEKS now...because somehow he lost it?
