It's the latch of the door that holds the door to the body of the car. there's 3 hex-screws that bolt it to the door and then (with the interior door panel off) you can access it and pull it off the metal rods that are connected to the interior and exterior door handles.

Is the car hooked up to a battery? If you do have the part and are able to, would you mind testing it for me to see if the switch was working? (you'd just need to turn the key on to accessory, back to off, and then shut the door and see if the radio turns off)

all the relays got stolen outa this car and the only wya i can make it start or get juice to flow in it is pull al the relays outa my good t/a and put them in this one... unfortunetly my good car is in storage at another location than where the parts car is...

ill pull it out and see if its damaged. either way im sure the electrical aspect of it is still functional.
