Thats no problem for me to hold it for you. Let me know when you want it and I'll get it pulled off the car. I'm going to try and start to pull it out later this week if I can find some spare time.

is it gonna be too much a hassle to see if you can get a shipping quote?

I am sure I make a road trip out of it but would like to save some cash and I think shipping might be a little cheaper..

I will see how far it is to saginaw from here.. and calculate mileage
look forward to hearing back from you..

Yea no problem I can check on a shipping quote for you but I'm affraid it's going to be a lot. I'll check it out for you though. Another option is I could meet you half way or so if you helped pay for gas.

I'll get a shipping quote tonight and get it over to you but this weekend I will be out of town at a wedding so it wouldn't work for me to pick the exhaust up. Next weekend tho is open if that will work for you. I'll pm you the info for the shipping and my address.

                      BUMP!!!!!

NEW PRICE! $5,000 FOR MOTOR AND TRANS

                      Motor: $4700
                      Trans: $300

Exhaust has been sold but I still have the Holley Electric Blue fuel pump

I also have another complete 1975 Chevy 355 2 bolt main engine that is dissasmebled but has everything. It has about 20,000 miles on it. Edelbrock Torquer II intake, Crane Cam, and 194cc heads with GM Performance parts rockers. It does need a distributor and timing chain cover.

                      $400 for the 355 motor.

What is the story with the 355? Did you have it running at one point?

When I bought my Camaro the 355 was in it and running. I pulled it in January of 2007 to build a 383 out of it but before I started building it I found a 4 bolt main motor and that became my 383 now. I took the car to the track twice with the 355 in it and the best pass I had was a 13.8 and I was spinning a ton off the line. I had that motor in the car for about a year before pulling it and it was an incredibly reliable motor and I got around 15 mpg with a 700r4 behind it. The motor has been dissasmebled since January of 07 but I have oiled it about every 3 months and all of the interal parts were kept in bags with oil on them to prevent rusting or any dirt. I can get pics of the motor when I get back in town on Sunday.

                          Thanks
