Your wheels are rubbing on the inside of the rear fender wheels right?
Take a hammer and make some room...I shot a little undercoating on the area afterwards.

Most likely the last owner did it already I've yet to see a camaro owner put on 315s without doing it but sometimes birds can get away without.
