id say its worth like 400ish just to help you out with a sale. its like 450 new and you have 140.00 in stuff for it.

Has a bigger hard drive, it's black, and has the hdmi output. Could be more as well, not sure.

White ones are fine if you treat them right, make sure they have plenty of air. But the new premium/white ones have the newer chips like the elite and don't have that problem.

Other than that Mark is right, those are the major differences, the HD is 120 gig on the elite. This is a pretty good deal for everything included.

the only reason that was caused is because of overheating and the Graphics Card getting loose from the high heat and x clamps bending the mobo.
I boosted my fans to 12v(stock it increases as it gets hotter with a temp probe on the CPU)
My 360 does not see over 120 at graphics card(maybe 100 i forget) and under 100 at CPU.

Ya, I've had mine for about 2 years now and hasn't died yet. But a buddy of mine's just did, and he has the same stand as me, and he got his a month before me.
