House in central Michigan

Well my parents asked me to put up something letting people know that our house is going to go up for sale due to possible foreclosure.

So anyone looking for a house in central Michigan We have one... 2,800 sq. feet (I think thats what my father said) 4 bedrooms (one could be a possible office its hard wood floors) Hard wood through a lot of the house. 1 full bath and then i believe its a half bath.... Its just a toilet and a sink in the laundry room... Water softener... 2 car garage with work bench area... fenced in back yard... shed. AC.. Most appliances (fridge, electric flat top stove, dish washer, Not sure about washer and dryer) very possible it could be partially furnished. Wired for internet through out majority of house (bed rooms and living room along with family room) Has an attic with pull down stairs in the garage. Crawl space.. Half of roof was replaced 2 years ago.

Its in a decent neighbor hood with pretty nice neighbors near fire dept. 5 blocks from the school.


I believe they are just asking $115,000 to cover the mortgage payment. So anyone interested let me know and we can set up and open house type of deal and send some pictures

Good luck, man! My parents had to walk away from our house that we had in Shelby Twp back in 2005-ish. I think it was really hard for them to do, but ya gotta do what you gotta do. That's why we moved to the condo in Sterling Heights for two years. But anyway, good luck on the sale!

good luck man. you should get some pics up. seems like a realy cheap price for a house that big. im sure i could pass the info along to a few people but would be better with pics.

yeah ill get some pics up soon. House is a mess right now because im getting ready to move out and now they are to...But it wont be to hard for them im thinking...

My dad works in bay city so its an hour drive twice a day and my mother hates her job with a passion and has worked there for like 6 years now and is still like 15 cents over minimum at the school she works for.. she also works at the dollar general and is just going to try and transfer... so its pointless for them to be living here anyway no need for the house once im gone.

But ill get them pics up soon although the walls in the majority of the house will be repainted white so it will only show the lay out really not the wall colors and stuff.

Hopefully all goes well until after my open house and when i move out.
