  • Suzuki LT250R Quadracer For Sale or Part out

    http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcy/620534599.html

Let me know if you need anything, or want to finish assembling the chassis and ride it. I rode it for 10 hours before dissembly for sandblasting and painting of the frame. Never completed put back together. The engine still has oil in it, NO LEAKS, not even a HINT of a leak. The engine is painted, which only has 10 hours on paint and $700+ new parts. The Frame has NEVER BEEN RIDDEN on since paint.

Have all parts to put back together plus some.
    Or will part out.

    Its a 1986 Suzuki Quadracer LT250R

The swing arm is sold, or unavailable. This thread is over 2 years old!

Worth a shot though if you know how hard this part is to come by.

Really? My cousin has an LT250 that he toasted the engine in last summer. I went over there a few weeks ago and helped him tear it completely apart to start parting it.

Lt250's are pretty easily available, but the 85/86 had a round bearing carrier and was a really weak spot. They are never on ebay and everyone parting one out is usually trashed. They crack or break and are useless. 87-92 went to a square carrier that was much stronger.
              See what I mean?

His is an 86. I can see if he has it. He was going to part it all out on Ebay once he had time to write up all the ads and take pictures.
