Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Pontiac 400CI V8 and Turbo Hydramatic Short Tail Transmission For Sale
Pontiac 400CI V8 and Turbo Hydramatic Short Tail Transmission For Sale
Selling the 400ci V8 Pontiac engine I have in my GT-37. Can hear run. GM H.E.I. distributor, Holley 750 4bbl carb, starter, pulleys, power steering pump, alternator, clutch fan, exhaust manifolds, air cleaner to oil pan. Going to use a modern engine. This engine is really clean and had no internal sludge. Trans works and does not slip but since it is 46 years old should be refreshed. Has a nice Melling hydraulic camshaft, Melling lifters, Melling oil pump. Has a matched variable 1900 rpm to 2400 rpm new torque converter. Come out and hear it for yourself.
I was told the engine is a 1975 400 according to the numbers on the block. It has 5 engine mount holes on the sides of the block not 2 or 3 like some Pontiac blocks. The engine is still in my 1971 GT-37 and can be started and ran. I don't have a picture of the block numbers but know for a fact it is nit the 2 mount hole "557" block that no one wants, You can come out and check it out or go to YouTube and use key words Pypes GT-37 to see a video of it running,
