  • FS: 1989 1/2 ton 2WD Chevy Long Box

1989 1/2 ton 2WD Chevy Long Box truck for sale. Turn Key!!! 154,000 miles, 305 TBI has always ran good, 3-spd automatic, 34 gallon gas tank, tilt wheel, no air or cruise, AM/FM Cassette. In the last year it has had new tires, new thermostat, new passenger side ball joints, new pittman arm, new high volume oil pump (holds 50+ psi driving, 20-25 at idle), new fuel pump, new rear brake lines, new driver door pins and bushings. Rear cab corners are rusted out, light rust around rear wheel wells. Will need new exhaust. Otherwise very solid truck, always been dependable and taken care of. My father bought in new in 1989, sold it to an uncle that used it as a spare vehicle/weekend hauler from 1995-2001 then my father bought it back. I bought it from him 2 years ago and it was my daily driver till gas prices forced me to get a car (drive 500+ miles a week for work). Asking $1000 firm. The truck itself is about 45 minutes from GR.

sounds a lot like my old truck, i had a ext cab blue and silver short box (see sig)... drove like BRAND NEW with 200k on it. Sadly she now rests somewhat compacted in a salvage yard

anyway, that truck is defintely worth what you are asking, good luck selling.

Yeah, but its not hurting anything there, just like to get it out of there while its still good. Might go there next.

yeah, I got to get them developed, but give me a day or two, sorry, I don't have a digital. Also, I'd be willing to drop the price to move it too.
