  • Anyone want my eBay 98+ SS spoiler?

Due to financial constraints brought about by being a college student with no job I have been forced to sell my SS spoiler that I bought off of ebay earlier this year. I thought I'd list it here before I try ebay again so i wouldnt have to deal with shipping.

It's in white gel coat and I had trial fitted it before to see how it fit. The only problems I see here are the pillars need to be fastened down somehow and you have to drill holes for the 3rd brake light. The brake light is brand new, i got it late december/early january from hawksthirdgenparts.com

I paid $120 shipped for the spoiler and $60 shipped for the brake light, so If I could get $180 that would be cool. I will be entertaining reasonable offers as well, as long as I don't take too much of a loss cause I really need money or a job... preferably the money.

You're a day late! I just picked up an RS spoiler for my V6 on ebay yesterday! FYI the center posts are held on by double side tape on the factory SS'

The aftermarket "SS style" stuff never fits right. The lines are always raised around the fit points.... Good luck with the sale.

How much of a gap is between the center posts and the mounting point on the hatch?

i run a ebay spoiler (~$300) and it fits really well, atleast compared to other parts of the car like the big gm gaps etc. also it can painted and the red matches very well. the pillars on mine just have foam pads on them, so they aren't attached. bump for your sale

Hard to say really, but if I had to guess i'd say its about 1/4" tops, but I have a gut feeling its less than that. I test fitted it in december and I really dont remember how it looked in person. I DO remember that the picture makes it look worse than it actually is
