Since these are basically winter only shoes for a F-Body or Vette I chose painted versus chrome becuase of the salt.

I left Joe a voice message but no return call so they are still availble.

I guess this snow has people thinking snow tires again. If so, maybe i will sell them.

By the way these tires handle great in snow and even give some traction in ice which I guarantee the summer or all season tires do not.

I almost want too, but it will just tempt me to drive the car in the snow again.
The Chevy Camaro was built with a single purpose in mind which it executes flawlessly...Going very very fast in a straight line until your hair catches on fire.

I am pretty sure they will fit. I know of a thord gen with Z06 rims. But I do not know if they did anything to make them fit.

I have posted the question elsewhere too.

From some of my reading it sounds like a spacer will be needed so the tires do not rub bit the bolt pattern is the same.

Driving in the snow can be the most fun.

I had my 01 Trans Am WS6 out in about 6 to 8 inches last year with the Dunlop M3s and my neighbor with his 4x4 blazer was laughing and telling me I would be stuck before I got out of the subdivision. I drove around for 15 minutes just loving how great the car drove and when I got home I was laughing at my neighbor.

Except for avoiding salt from winter driving I never saw a reason not to drive my F-Body. I even had a shift kit and 3.73 gears installed. The only thing I had to beware of was hitting some deep snow that could take the weight from my wheels because my TA sat lower than most cars.

I got a stick with the 06' GTO and it is easier to drive. I have been having trouble with my BFG KDWS because all season tires suck but I can ride the clutch and start with 2nd gear. Last night was a bit scary though. I almost put the rims and tires I am selling on the rear so i could have good traction.
