I couldn't find a date on the bottle.. Has a bunch of stuff stamped around the top, but nothing that looked like a date. Here's what is imprinted on the bottle: CLIFFDIV 07 01 10# CO2 TC-3ALM124 DOT-3AL 1800DK 0001121
As for the pressure relief, not sure what that is, still nitrous ignorant.. But here's a pic, hope that helps?
