For Sale: 2 torq.thrust D's and 2 torq thrust II's
For Sale: 2 torq.thrust D's and 2 torq thrust II's
I have a set of 2(16X8.5) torq thrust II's for sale and a set of 2(15X8.5) torq thrust D's for sale. Not 100% sure on width's though. Used and need cleaning.
Make me an offer. I uploaded a few pics below, if interested I will pull them out and take some more pics. All are wheels only, no tires mounted.
So, am I seeing that right, two of 'em have grey spokes and two of 'em are all chrome?

Yeah pretty much. The torq thrust II's are the chrome type and the torq thrust D's are cnc aluminum with gray centers.
Kindof a wierd match up but when I bought the tt2's the guy at discount asked what I was gonna do with the front and I said I was gonna have to wait and get the fronts to match later when I had the cash, then he said he had a set that was a close match that were ordered and never paid for and then sat for over a year,and he's sell em to me really cheap and after I heard the price I went ahead and got em. They arent the same size's but they actually looked fairly decent on my bird, here is a pic with both sets on the car:
So you've got 6 of 'em? Or just the 2 grays and 2 chromes?
Don't happen to know what the backspacing is by chance?

I think you are confusing these wheels with the set I was talking about in another thread that I got for a friend of mine. This is just a set of 2 each. The GTA wheels I dont really have for sale yet, but yes, they will be a set of 6.
As for the backspacing, I am not sure but I will see if I can figure it out for you.
The torque thrust D's are 3 3/4 backspaced. Here is a paragraph I found on them : Torq-Thrust "D" is a 1-piece Magnesium Gray painted center with a non-clear coated machined alloy outer. The Torq D is designed specifically for Rear Wheel Drive Vehicles.
The torque thrust II's I measured 4 inch backspace, and 8 inch width which was verified by a stamping on the inner surface.
Also now that I pulled them out I'd like to say that these wheels are not perfect and have normal wear and tear. They are still nice wheels but do have small nicks and such. I took a new pic of the tt2 wheel that I just pulled out to show general condition. I did clean it up a bit(just a quick wash with wheel cleaner. Here's a few pics of each wheel type:
Nobody interested huh, I'm not wanting a fortune for these, I'm talking a measly $125 for all 4. I'll also sell each 2 wheel set seperate, $75 for the two tt2's, and $50 for the two ttd's.
they would make a good set of drag wheels to keep a set of DR's on for the track.

Torq Thrust D's are still available. $50 for both? Anyone? thats my lowest offer. I can ship for around $12.50 each depending on location, so it would be $50 picked up or $75 shipped.
