      To my knowledge, no reason they can't make as much hp as a 350. The shorter stroke helps that. Won't make as much torque, but they are RPM engines no doubt, they wrap up quick. This one a little more because its a small journal. The journals on the crank are smaller in diameter, which means less rotating mass = a little quicker rpms.
