  • FS: 327 Small journal block, crank, rods, pistons, cam

I have an early 60's 327 small journal block, crank, rods, pistons, and cam that were all together. The block needs to be completely machined due to wear and light rust. The rods and crank should be able to be turned for oversize bearings. I'm sure the crank is at least a steel crank if not possibly forged even. I also have what I believe to be the original cam, its a healthy one and looks useable but cams are cheap and you will need new lifters anyway so that's up to you. I bought the shortblock off a friend and tore it apart intending to get it all machined and put it in my '80 z28. Well, Not sure when I'm ever going to get to that and if somebody is interested for a fair price I'd be happy to part with the parts. I don't wanna ship any of it if I can help it so that's why I'm posting here. Asking $300/bo. So if you or anyone you know may be interested let me know. If someone is seriously interested I will get numbers off the block and pics.

                            1000th POST!!!!!

Depends on how you build it. Its a 350 with a shorter stroke, so they'll rev faster, more HP, little less torque. Forged pistons, good heads, good intake, carb, ignition, could easily see 500+ HP IMO.
