Just got back from Larry getting the trap door fuel pump mod on the car. I have to say I'm extremely pleased with it. He made an "L" cut so that I can reach all connections and R&R the pump module with very little difficulty. He even rustoleumed the area where he cut so as not to let any rust get into the area, and topped it off with fitting the cover the the contour of the floor and RTV'd the cover so that there are no leaks. I just want to put out a HUGE thank you to him, B and Ang for being such great hosts and being as helpful as they all were.

Just proud to be a part. Thank God for MIFbody!!!

By the way, the ballast boxes (I ordered two for the next time) are on their way as I write this.

I think my dad has put it best when him and I have talked - we appreciated everyone's help so much when we were doing the LT1 swap that we both feel the best way to show our appreciation for everyone's help is to likewise help others with their cars where we can. Plus as Will (willasc) already has known and now Carl has come to find out - we are always willing to lend the driveway and our tools to people on MiFbody while they work on their cars. Honestly, I think it's fun having a few people over and everyone working on their cars together - even if we're all doing separate stuff, it's still fun to be having a big wrenching party.

Awesome! I'm pulling my carpet and putting in dynamat pretty soon. I might cut my trap door and replace the fuel pump just for shits and giggles. I know its stock and its 10 years old.
