Eckler's Camaro

I received a $25 gift certificate for Eckler's Camaro at the M&G. So I decide to order 2 items. 1 was a 40th aniv. T-shirt that faded a little after 1 wash, then a Bumblebee Diecast set. I mailed in my order and included the gift certificate and my debit card information to cover the shipping incase with shipping it went over a couple dollars. Well first I received my shirt because the Bumblebee set was on back order. I look at my account and I was charged $22.49! So I emailed them and couple days later they responded saying that I would be refunded the $22.49 because the gift certificate was not credited to my account. Alright all is good. Got the Bumblebee set last night and look at my account and I was charged $7.50 for it! So now they've charged me twice for the bumblebee set and charged me almost $30 for something I should of at the most had to pay $2 for. So I sent them another email and waiting for a response and will be expecting my refund.

I will not order from this company again since they can't even get their billing straight.

Yeah, I've never been real fond of them. They were running the 40th show at the GM tech center last summer and it was one of the worst run shows I've been to and a few of the Ecklers people were just downright rude to another vendor I'm friends with.

I'm sure the person who donated the Ecklers Camaro gift certificates will read and relay the message that they need to do a better job.

But, I definitely can't disagree with Wade -- the 40th anniversary show was the worst organized show I've ever been to in my life.

Ya was nice of the company to offer the g.c. but with customer service like their's. I'll pass.
