Need help tracking down parts from a fellow member.

About 2 months ago Shah put up a thread selling some of his old V6 performance parts that he did not install before his accident.

I offered to purchase the Aluminum Driveshaft and eventually the gear st as well. At first i was going to pick the stuff up that weekend, but some stuff came up and i couldn't make it. So then Shah was going to meet my at the mifbody meet 'n' greet for the transaction, but he could not make it.

Finally I asked him to ship the parts since i could not afford another trip to the East side. I sent the money to his Paypal account July 19th. Since then he has kept saying that he will ship it out in all the PMs I have sent him. As of July 29 Shah has not answered my calls or responded back to my messages. I have sent him 3 PMs, an email, and i have left 3 voice messages on his phone (The same number i successfully contacted he before at.)



I need to know if anyone knows Shah and has any additional contact information for him or can kick him in gear to send the parts he owes me. I am still hopping that one of our fellow members is not trying to scam me. Otherwise I may have to call on the MiFbody collection agency.

Sorry for the long post. This is a last ditch effort, since i have been trying to contact Shah for the last 6 days.

i don't know him at all, but i think i remember seeing his location being "detroit" or somewhere over here on the east side. if you do get ahold of him, i would be willing to meet him and pick up the parts and ship them to you if it's too much of an inconvenience for him

Definitely hope you get your parts, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt. I've met Shah in person, he's a really nice guy. Hell, he came out to Woodward just to get his MiFbody shirt and I totally forgot it, he had to wait like 2-3 more weeks to get it. Regardless, sometimes things honestly just come up -- but ya gotta also stop and take the time to ship something after getting the $$$.

If he would just return my phone messages i would be happy. But ignoring the multipal calls and my the email i sent worries me. I have been screwed in the past on ebay, but ebay gives me some recourse to at least get my money back. If this deal goes bad then i am out over $150 which could have been my rear axle cover that i really need.

I hope you are right and he steps up.
