I flatbedded my Bird for 100 dollars from Chesterfield to Algonac, but still. Depends on what you want to do with the car, how much you want to spend, and what you like the most. I kinda want a third gen v6 because they are cheap and get good gas mileage, although I need to find out the info. I'd get a v8 third gen if it wasn't too much worse on gas.

Yeah that's good, I got lucky on mine as far as rust too. I've been looking for a third gen actually, found one here for $300 but it needed an engine and so I figured I would pass. Plus I gotta get one done before another, and I don't want competition between the two.

Meh, oh well. I'm more into the third gens because of the parts availability in junkyards, easy to work on and easy to maintain. I like a few 4th gens but they gotta be done right. Seems like more people like ricing the 4th gens and we all know that wouldn't fly with a third and especially a second gen
