  • 1995 Pontiac Firebird

This is a complete car. But I can't get it running. So I'm gonna try to sell it as a whole before I part it out. This is a 55000 original mile car. 1 owner. 3.4 auto. Hard top. Spotless interior. Great exterior. Crank windows. Clean MI title. My family bought this new back in 95. It sat for a while, and I mean a while, and now I'm pretty sure the little 3.4 is done. It has great spark. It's getting fuel. But I can't get it to fire. It has low compression in all the cylinders so the motor is most likely useless in its current state. Everything that came on this car in 95 is still there and in great shape. This would make a great v8 swap car. I'd really like to see someone on Mifbody scoop it up and turn it into what it should be.
    $2000 takes it.
There is zero aftermarket parts aside from the CD player. All factory. All original. All there.

Have u hit it with starting fluid? Xoukd be bad injectors. Youll still get fuel pressure

Have you done a compression test? Looks like a good candidate for a swap, too nice of a car to fully part down.

I forgot to mention that. Yes I have done a compression test. All six cylinders were between 60-80 psi or so. So yeah, it's not building pressure for whatever reason. Probably a combination of smoked rings from sitting and rusting up and rough cylinder walls.
I agree Joel, I would much rather see this with a motor dropped in rather than part out a 55000 mile car. But if there are no takers then I have no choice.
