My old Z06 had the same power to weight ratio. I've driven both on track. The best way I can describe it is it feels like you're driving a car with no engine in it. It's extremely light and agile. With sticky tires under full braking it will rip your eyeballs out. The CF wheels spin up so fast it takes off extremely quickly.

Former Corvette Racing driver Johnny O'Connell drove it on track and he said it was the fastest street legal Corvette he's ever driven.

I was at the Corvette Museum when Johnny O'Connell was inducted into the Hall of Fame. I was turned off by his attitude and how cocky he was. Sure, he is a great driver but he is not a guy I want to have a beer with.

I've had the chance to work with both guys (I did Corvette brake development back in 2008) and I would agree, both are cool. Jonny has a unique sense of humor and I could see where he could come off as cocky. That is just who he is. I agree, funny guy when you get a chance to BS with him.
