Needs:
Battery
EGR valve
Airbag sensor
AND the oil pressure is now not reading at all. I had 40lbs all summer long and after sitting it now has no pressure. I dont know what the issue is but i believe my price is more than fair to accommodate for this.
@meissen can you please change the headline.

No one is going to give your that kind of money until you confirm the engine has oil pressure. If it is an easy fix it should sell quickly.

Im 2400 back of that for a pressure issue. i think thats pretty decent.

I'd just pay $35 to get a new sensor, that's likely the issue. If I didn't have 2 already I'd be all over this.

Seriously, I am just trying to help you out. If you really believe the engine is good shape spend $100 on it., buy a battery and a oil pressure sending unit. The $100 investment should make it an easy sell maybe even at a higher price.
Pretend your the buyer.... Maybe I am alone but I am thinking "this seller is too cheap to buy a good battery, what other surprises are there?"

Nope not alone I agree 100% if the car is so "good" and you cant fix the smallest things to make it better or more appealing to a buyer then its going to scare everyone away. As soon as you say the oil pressure isnt reading on the gauge you really think someone is going to be interested in the car just to "take your word for it"? Brian has sold MANY of these cars from all spectrum's of the market, hes just trying to help. But $5k for a 6 banger? Ha man your crazy on that comment. You can pick up NICE LT1 cars for that and you can pick up DECENT LS1 cars for that kind of money.

For 1: I never said it was worth 5k to a buyer as compared to the market. I said the bank valued it at 5k.
For 2: Im not putting money into a car that is just sitting around, it will eventually sell to someone. Its a decent price.
For 3: I sell cars for a living, I dont really need help selling it.

If you dont want to buy it, then dont. Its worth what Im asking as it sits. I will not wrench on this while I have a trans am to get done and im working 60 hours a week.
