I dont know how many of you saw my thread a few months back but a local dealer really hosed me, basic story is that the engine blew at 128k ish it now has a 2012 Cadillac CTS replacement in it. All professionally installed and have invoices somewhere to prove all work and replacement.
Tires are fair
Body has a few small things here and there but over good condition
Interior has no flaws
Windows are 5% tint, taillights and side markers are VHT spray tinted, bowties are vinyl covered.
only needs rear brakes and an 02 sensor. only other issue it ever gave me was a bad knock sensor which i changed last weekend, which sucked btw lol

Does the new engine have a warranty?

KBB prices seems to be much lower than the screenshot you took.
I am slightly interested but two similar cars recently sold on ebay for under $10,200 and $11,800.

KBB will be lower because that site is retarded, hense banks and dealerships laugh at the values they put on things. Nada is a much more accurate site.
I would not sell it quite that cheap and thats why its not on ebay with no reserve

It had a 3k mile warranty that is now up. Its currently on Craigslist for 14k

I'd expect something with a complete engine transplant to fall somewhere below "average" as you posted, even if the rest is immaculate.

Well i wont sell it for trade in price regardless. I work at a dodge dealer so if i wanted that it would have been gone weeks ago. Real selling number would be 13k with maybe a little room but not a ton.

That nada value was run with the full mileage on the car. You guys are car people and should understand that a dealer installed replacement engine isnt a problem. Engine has less than 40k on it, this is a good deal.

A replacement engine in a newer car does not increase overall value and is a major turn-off for most people. Your best bet may be trading it in on a newer vehicle that suits your needs.

I didnt say it increases value, i said it really isnt a problem. Its GMs fault not mine lol
And if that was an option it would have already been done, again i work at a dealership, ive explored all options...

Just offering some advice but I think your going to have to give it away to find a potential buyer. Engine swaps or transplants scare people, even more so to me in a newer car... Its just a red flag.
