Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Well figured I would test the market. I have a 2002 Camaro V6 auto that has a siezed motor. The car itself is still in really good shape. I was planning on rebuilding it and putting in an LS1. I have been told by a fee people to sell it and get a V8 car. Looking to get 3000 obo for the car. It is still in great shape. So if you have a bad body and want to put your motor in your all set. I can text pic if needed.
The spedo reads around 150000. The lady i bought it from had the trans rebuilt a few years ago and the engine replaced with one that had 86k miles on it. I have the paperwork from everything she did.
If you want to get it back on the roads I know someone with a 3.8L v6 and 4l60e transmission with under 70k miles for sale.
That would be the way to go.
James- In my opinion if the car was operable it would be worth $3,000. (I sold my 2001 v6/5speed, 5 years ago with 125,000 miles on it for $3800). I think it will be hard to get that kind of money for it when it needs a heart transplant.
For reference sake usually a V8 roller brings $1000-1500. I wish I had the time sounds like a good small project.
