  • ***SOLD*** - 1992 Z28 25th Anniversary Priced To Go

Selling my 1992 Z28 25th Anniversary Edition. Car has the 5.7 TPI 350 engine, 700R4 Trans. I really don’t want to sell it but I am trying to buy a home and need the money. I have had the car for about 4 years and I probably have driven it like 5000 miles. I would rather it go to someone who will fix it the right way and drive it. During the time I have had the car I have taken really good care of it and have added some upgrades. The care is up to date on oil changes. I have receipts for all the repairs that have been done. The car runs and drives really well, but the body does needs a bit of TLC. Definitely needs floor pans and there is a few small rust spots one just above the driver’s side rear tire, and a small spot on the roof, all included in the photos. All the upgrades and maintenance include:
Brand new positrack rear-end with 3.23 gears Multistate Transmissions receipts to show
    All New Tires
All New Brakes Front & Rear
    1 ¾ Headman Shorty Headers
    2.5 Inch Y-Pipe
    Brand new alternator
    Brand New Serpentine System
    Tune-up including all injectors cleaned

    Asking $1800 Firm

To contact me call my cell phone at 248.636.5303.IMG_9139.JPGIMG_9147.JPGIMG_9148.JPGIMG_9149.JPGIMG_9140.JPGIMG_9141.JPGIMG_9142.JPGIMG_9143.JPGIMG_9144.JPGIMG_9145.JPGIMG_9146.JPG

Its rough man. I don't think it's personally have it priced to go... Might be a better part out. I know you'd get more then 1800 parting it out. Heck I'd be interested in a few things!

Anytime you try to sell a car, especially to "car guys" its a good idea to clean the car out, wash it, etc. Make it as nice and clean as possible.
Power steering fluid caps covered in sludge, foliage on the cowl, panels under the steering wheel not assembled correctly, and a bottle of oil/trash in the back seat are all quick things you could do to make it look better.

I wish I was rich because I would buy it and donate it to our local high school auto tech class. Its needs some work but its cheap and would be a fun car to restore.

Thanks fo the response guys. I knew it was rough and I should have cleaned it up for sure, but it has been sitting through the winter and honestly wanted to get rid of it. I can't part it out would take like 1200 though.

Damn -- this would have been very tempting. I need to fix my car first and get an LS1 lined up for it, but I'll always have a soft spot for 3rd Gens...
