  • ***SOLD*** - 2005 Chevy Cobalt LS sedan

Selling my moms car for her as shes looking to get into a bigger/newer car. Was my grandmas car but she quit driving about 2 years ago and my mom has been driving it since then. 62,xxx miles, in what I would consider above average shape inside and out. I've done all maintenance to it since we've owned it. Synthetic oil changes, new brake pads/rotors in front and starter last fall. Has Viper remote start. Auto trans, serviced about 5k miles ago. About 2 years ago I changed the rear brakes (shoes/drums), front strut assemblies, rear shocks, front sway bar links. Car runs and drives great. Has a rebuilt title as it was involved in a side impact collision at 28k miles. Car goes straight down the road and gets great gas mileage. Known issues are the driver rear window doesn't go down (I believe needs a motor), the passenger front door panel has some damage from the accident, never got around to changing it, and there is a small spot under the driver front headlight where something was bumped and the paint is flaked. MiFbody price is 5k or best.

Certainly can't. Cheap, reliable, mpgs. And pretty spunky to drive in a stock form too!

Thanks guys, I figured it was worth the money as well. Now to try to get Mom into a Cruze diesel or a G8!

Well post up if she gets a Cruze. I am on the fence weather to get a focus or cruse.

Dem MPGs. That's the plan for Megan's new car in August.
