• 79 Formula Convertible Resto Mod Project Car

This car is rust free. The doors and marker lights have been shaved and leaded. The frame is tied and straight. It has a custom exhaust that's never been run installed. The rear spoiler is glassed on. It has a 12 bolt 3:73 rear end. There is a custom dash included and the custom console needs to be covered in vinyl. This car is straight and clean. It's a roller. 1500 obo Steve 517-304-798nine

meissen, put it in your house, line it with a mattress, and tell Angie that you're going to use it as a crib and playpen for your first kid!

2nd gens were never offered as convertibles... This is a "roadster" now, no top... Has the OP looked into adapting a 1st gen convertible top?
I hope the frame was tied very well because the unibodies got a LOT of strength thru the roof section. Cutting the top off eliminates most of the structure...

There were a few coach builders producing these. Started with a T-top car, added bracing, etc. Not sure if this is one of the ~2500 produced between 78-81 or if it was someones personal project. A well fitting frame might be tricky to find
