  • The best all original 93 T/A is For Sale

The time has come for me to part with perhaps the finest original condition 93 T/A in the country with less than 6K original documented miles. This is not a car someone would purchase to modify since much of the value is that it is a collector car. The car is not inexpensive and yes there are tons of first generation T/A's out there for a lot less. But for what it is it is not overpriced - you get what you pay for and if you want a collector T/A this is the car. I was considering putting it in Russo Steele's auction where they thought the car could bring $20K to $22 based on the outstanding condition and originality but decided t try and sell it outright first. I know most of the FBody members are interested in modifying their cars but thought that there may be some collectors that might be interested.
    100% original in every respect

Less than 6K original documented miles

This car was ordered specially by the owners of an IndianaPontiac Dealer for their personal use. Do to unforeseen circumstances after putting only a couple thousandmiles on the car it was put into storage in their climate controlledgarage. The owners had the mechanics attheir dealership come to their house to maintain the car each year. Every month during the summer the car wastaken out once or twice and driven for ten to twenty miles. During the winter the car was startedbi-monthly to insure the internals werelubricated and annually their dealership mechanics would come out and changethe oil and filters.

I purchased the car from the original owners in 2011 anduntil 2012 the T-tops had never been removed from the car. The car is absolutely pristine in everyrespect and all of the original customer documents, keys, etc are included, including the original window sticker. Unlike almost every early fourth generation Firebird this car does nothave the notorious door panel cracks, which is a testament to the condition anda lifetime of care.

The 1993 was the first year of the fourth generation F bodyFirebird and has the smooth, stylish lines of the body style before it was puton steroids. It is Black with Graphite Interior
It has the highly desirable 6 Speed manual transmission

The car is outstanding in every respect and may be thefinest 1993 Trans Am survivor in the country. The car is such high quality it should be in the “Heritage Collection”.

Originally when I purchased the car my intent was to“restomod” it but after having it for just a few weeks I realized that a car ofthis quality should not be altered.
Replaced the wheels/tires but have the immaculate original“salad spinners”
Replaced the radio but have the working original.
Even though I put anew set of ZR1 replica chrome wheels and tires on the car and replaced theradio I was careful to do no alterations of any type to the car. In addition I kept the originals. The dash andwiring were not cut for the new radio. When the original AM&FMSTEREO,SEEK/SCAN,C.D. PLAYER,EQUILIZER, W/CLOCK (U1A) wasremoved it was working. The speakers were not touched. The original wheels were the 16 x 8 styledaluminum superlight wheels (salad spinners), which are as immaculate as the caritself, and along with the original tires are included with the car. If you do not want the ZR1 replicas I willsell the car with the original wheels and tires alone.

I have the original window sticker, all records and other original pieces you get when you purchase a new car. You must see and drive this virtually new 1993 TransAm. It is not often that an opportunityto own a twenty year old car in virtually showroom condition comes along.
