1997 30th anniversary Z28 Camaro. LT1 4L60E trans with 3200 stall. Engine is original block for the car.
4.040 Bore
Eagle cast Crank (3.48 stroke)
New GM performance connecting rods
Speed Pro Piston hypereutectic (Coated skirts, Flat top, 2 valve relief)
10.7:1 Compression ratio
SFI balancer (Keyed Hub)
SFI Flywheel
Hydraulic roller camshaft (Comp cams .584/.579 242/248 @ .050)
GM performance parts 1.6 roller rockers
New GM lifters
Pushrods comp cams hardened
Heads LT1 643 castings, ported, 2.02 / 1.60 valves (Dual hydraulic roller springs)
Intake stock LTI ported to match heads
ARP bolts through out
BBK 58mm Throttle body
Complete wiring harness and Custom Tuned PCM
New OPTI, plug wires, sensors, etc

Engine has about 2500 street miles and less than 20 1/4 mile passes (Made 450 fwhp with room for improvement naturally aspirated)
Car has run 11.50s with a small shot

The car is not perfect but I do know what it is worth so try to be real with your offers
Prefer to trade looking for a nice Diesel truck, RV, nice side by side, other vehicle or?????

I'd say put it up for $7,500 and take anywhere from $5,500 to $6,500... If your'e looking to get the most $$$ out of it, you are much better off parting it out (even though it might take a while). Your going to take a bath on it if you sell it as a whole car.. I can tell you that from first hand experience...

65-7500 is about on par for a 30th Z28... there are SS 30ths selling for 14-18K... i know they are basically the same but whether people like it or not an SS is worth more money... in similar condition.

Hmmm highly doubt that... Maybe if the car was in absoloute PRISTINE condition, and was left unmodded and in factory form imo.... Now with the car being "built" you really just limited the amount of people you are going to sell it to which lowers the price quite a bit... Once you get into the street/strip car category the whole selling because it's a "30th aniversary edition car idea" kinda goes out the window... Especially with a nitrous bottle in the back seat lol.. Sad to see another lt won getting sold! I've seen this car terrorize james p a few time lol... Good luck selling it Gary!

I agree. Around $7500 is about it. Like I said I know what it is worth. I have owned this car for about 7 years(the longest that I have ever owned any vehicle) and figure its about time to move to something different.
I would really like to trade for something different but will entertain reasonable cash offers
