  • 1950 Chevy 3100 Pickup Truck

My son is selling his 1950 Chevy 3100 pickup truck. Has a 1959 261 C.I. inline Chevy 6 cylinder from a 2 1/2 ton truck. We converted the closed drive line to a 1955 1st Series open driveline swapping the 3 speed manual trans, rear end and the torque tube for a drive shaft. Still 3 speed on the tree. Radio delete panel still in dash. Factory GM heater still works. Sun visor over windshield (can be removed). Has the original AC Delco inline glass bown fuel filter and glass bowl on the fuel pump. Always starts and drives. Brakes have been upgraded to a dual master cylinder and all wheel cylinders and rubber brake lines replaced. Frame is very smooth. Radial tires on the original sandblasted and powder coated wheels. This trucks body and interior is about 90% original.Gets a ton of looks everywhere it goes. This truck spent most of it's 62 years in North Carolina.
    $4,400

    Very cool!
    Where is the truck located?
Is it still a 6 volt system or has it been converted to 12?

I've always wanted a 50's Chevy! Looks like it could be a lot of fun.

Absolutely gorgeous. Would be awesome to drive something like that as the daily driver and then hook it up to tow the Camaro

I love that truck! Don't have the cash but would he be interested in an '80z28?

Edit: just saw your other car sale thread.... Looks like he's got the 2nd gen covered already

He wants to buy a house and really wanted cash. What do you have to trade?
