  • 1979 Camaro Berlinetta

My son is selling his 1979 Camaro Berlinetta. He is the 2nd owner. Currently has a 1970 date coded correct LS6 454 with super low miles. Original 350 trans was race built to handle 700 HP and has a 3000 RPM stall convertor. Engine was treated to a new hydraulic Comp cam with a bit lees duration than the stock solid LS6 cam. New valve springs and piston rings and Edlebrock Performer RPM intake manifold. Still have the original LS6 intake for extra cost. MSD distributor and ignition box. Harlan Sharp roller rockers. Still has the stock forged steel crank and windage tray. Engine never fired up since new cam installed. Hooker Super Comp 2" primary headers. Subframe connectors. Body of the car is very nice for its age. Interior is all newer including headliner, carpet, package shelf, seat foam and seat covers (Custom Cloth). Has power windows, power locks, factory tach and gauges tilt steering column, cruise control, delay wipers, rear window defrster, air condition. Weld Racing aluminum wheels, front and rear Trans AM WS6 sway bars, rear disc brake positraction rear end from a 1979 Trans AM with a Strange 3.73 ring and pinion. New fuel tank. Car had a subframe off restoration several years ago and frame still looks nice. Sell with or without the engine and trans. This crate engine LS6 is probably worth $9,000 by itself.
    $9000 for the complete car
$4500 minus the engine and trans.
