  • WTT: Motorcycle for Fbody

    Hi everyone,

I'm actually posting this for my brother, he has a motorcycle he would like to trade for a 4th gen fbody, or a sports car of some sort, or a camper (haha). he has owned the bike for years now. the bike is in good running order, it rides and shifts smooth through all the gears. also the 500r model is considered a "commuter" bike and does pretty good on fuel consumption.

if anyone here is interested just let me know, or call him haha.. the craigslist listing is below.. just quickly I'll do a brief overview of the bike.

    2004 Kawasaki Ninja 500r
    -3984 miles
    -around 50mpg
    -good treads on tires
    -painted flat black
    -runs/drives great
    -had regular maintenance done
    -fresh oil change

The very first day my brother owned the bike, another brother accidentally dropped it and scuffed up some of the paint. which is why my brother who owned the bike turned around and painted the whole thing flat black. regardless of this, the bike is in good condition and has low mileage.. his wife doesn't want him to have a motorcycle anymore.. so he wants either a sports car or a camper instead.

if anyone is interested or has any questions, or wants to check it out, just get at me.

also, the craigslist posting doesn't do it much justice, it looks better than what the pictures show, he apparently didn't even bother to wipe the bike down before he took the pictures, and since he posted it he has cleaned it up pretty good, and has wrapped the mufflers with header wrap, looks pretty cool. I'll get some better pics as soon as I can.

I'm sure he is willing to work with someone on the price, he really wants to get his hands on a project sports car.

My first car was a Mustang. . . I have since come to my senses. Momentary lapse in judgment is not an excuse for poor behavior, and I accept full responsibility for my actions. It will not happen again. lol
