I'm now offering a Seller's Fee of $25. My asking price for non-MIFBody folks is $1800 now, the person responsible for getting the buyer in contact with me will get a personal check mailed to them for $25.

Here's the catch: I need the car sold by this weekend.

I'm trying to sell my S10 also, anyone who can get that sold for me will get $50. Due to technical issues with Craigslist's phone authentication software, I can't post an ad on CL for it, so that's gonna be tricky. Anyone interested in helping with the S10 can contact me for details.

            I would bid on it.
The car looks pretty good in the older pictures. IMO the only downside is that it is a 1993. There are many mechanical differences between 1993 and 1994.

At this price, it shouldn't matter what year it is. You could part it out for more than I'm asking for it.

EBay is not an option. I have been left holding the bill for the auction when a scammer bid on cars in the past, even though the car didn't sell. Listed a car TWICE last year, they waived the fee the first time a scam bid won the auction, but charged me full price the second time it happened after I re-posted the auction.

I'm selling my S10 as well, if you guys know anyone who's interested, pass it along. It's a '94 S10 4x4, 4.3 Vortec V6, auto trans, ext. cab. Some rust on rockers, cab corners, and above rear wheels, but the frame is solid. Manual windows, manual door locks, but has the best working heat and A/C I've ever seen. Mileage is 170k, but the engine was replaced 52k ago with a new GM crate motor, ordered and installed at Chelsea Chevrolet, in Chelsea, MI. You can call the dealer to verify. Looking for $2500 obo, just trying to get back some of what I have into it. I average 19.8mpg mixed driving in this truck.

You sure could make some money on parting it out.
Its a great canidate to install a bigger cam since the head/heads need to come off but not many people tune EPROM.

Hopefully somone steps up to the plate for you.

If the buyer doesn't pay file an "unpaid item dispute" and your final value fee will be refunded.

It was a major hassle last time I went through it, I don't know if they changed things at all since then, but I'd rather do a local face-to-face sale, just easier that way.

I'll give it a shot, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll post a link to the auction after work tonight.

I know what you mean, unpaying buyers are a pain in the ass. After 4 or 5 days you can file the unpaid item dispute and the buyer has 7days to pay/respond to the case. Ebay now has a system where it will automatically open the dispute if not paid within 4/5 days.

It's not a matter of price as much as it is the fact that I'm not about to start another project before my car's done, not to mention I won't have a garage in 5 months.

Makes sense. Only reason I'm in a hurry to sell is because I found the car I want, low miles, great shape, etc., and I need to come up with the down payment so I can bring it home. lol

Let me know if anything changes.
