theres a 1990 k2500 for 900 but it needs a torque converter.

My Mom is trying to sell her '93 Cavalier wagon with the indestructible 4 banger for $650. Needs tires and a battery. I think it has a bad oil pan gasket, it tends to lose about a quart a week, but most of that quart winds up in the driveway. haha Also, has no heat (broken ducts in dashboard, but heater core checks out and blower motor works as it should), no A/C, and a sticking driver's door handle. It's not pretty, but it starts up every time, runs and drives great, just needs a few things to be 100%. I think she's willing to negotiate on price a little. PM me for more details.

i need a truck to put my plow on. but my experience is that when it needs a torque convertor, sometime in the near future it needs a transmission.

more then i want to get into. bougth a 98 z71 once. tq convertor was going out. replaced it, even tho my trans guy said trans will go out soon. about 2k miles later, the whole trans took a shi* on me. i've replaced transmisions in two of those trucks. neither was a good time, especailly since they were both in the winter in my driveway. glws tho! i've just learned to watch out

haha thats not my truck =). there was one for 800 the guy just wanted gone. when i first bought my 88 the guy said it was misfiring and the trans was starting to go. well the trans fluid never was changed so i flushed that multiple times and the misfire was from a few things but mainly from an oil soaked ign wire
