1996 Camaro LT4 Z28 convertible - very custom.
Great looking car inside and out. A real head turner. All maintenance has been very religious. Runs great. A lot of attention to detail has been made. 98+ front end conversion. Built up as a 2-seater roadster but the back-seat is there with working seat-belts and with the tonneau covers off the top is in good condition, works great and doesn't leak. Custom sound system that has a good clean sound (no rattling licence plate sounds). Cali smog legal. Cats, EGR, AIR all present and functioning. No reason it shouldn't pass smog (passed just fine a year and a half ago). Most creature comforts are gone. A/C, Heat, crusie control, traction control, power seats deleated. However it's no race car. Mods were just to clean up the look of the engine bay. The car has never been raced or abused. No CES lights at all! Odometer reads about 143000 miles but the top end has less than 10K and the tranny has about 36000 since rebuild in 2009.

Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here's 18000 words to get my point across:

And since I believe in truth in advertizing the bad points:
-The driver side window is slightly off it's track, it does work and go all the way up though.
-Slight tranny fuild leak from the drain plug in the pan.
-The paint isn't perfect. It's great from a few feet away but it's no show car, there are various chips, scratchs, cracks, and the front ground effect is half vinyl by now.
-The convertible top is missing a small suport bar and thus its a little tough to latch it when the top is up. It's doable but takes some muscle.
She's been my project since I bought her in 2001 and I have countless hours and dollars into it. She's worth FAR more than I'm asking. It's just time to move on to a new project (one with a few more doors that will fit my family). Asking $6200 OBO. Serious parties only please. PM me here or e-mail @ MeenZ28@MSN.com
