I hope it's alright to post this in this section but I bought the car a couple years ago and started working on it. It needed new floor pans and I thought it needed a new drivers side rocker panel. I welded in the passenger floor pan and started on the drivers but work slowed down and I didn't have the money to balance between it and college. After I got out of college I bought my 98 and haven't really touched the 79 since, besides taking the front end apart and sanding it down as well as some other areas. I don't want to get rid of it since I love that body style but I don't have the time to restore it. It would make a good drag car, parts car, or even a restorable car. I have pics and can get them for you on request. I bought it with no drivetrain so the engine and trans are missing. It has T-Tops which are is great shape as well as all of the glass on the car. I can get you guys some pics this weekend, I am asking $800 obo for the whole car a new DS floor pan and a new DS Rocker panel. I also have a 4 bolt 350: block, crank, pistons, waterpump, vavle covers and connecting rods that I can throw in as well. Sorry guys but I have to work overtime this weekend and did not get a chance to get the pics yet(the car is currently at a buddies house). I will get them up as soon as possible. As for the engine block i got it from a kid that worked with one of my friends, it used to be in a chevelle and he pulled it out to rebuild it but never got around to it. I noticed that it looks as if he was trying to clearance it so that he could stroke it out. I will get some pics of it, the crank and the connecting rods as well.
