  • WTB Ready For my 5th 4th Gen F-Body First Part of March......apply within :)

Well try as I may I can't seem to stay away from these cars. This will be my fifth over the past 13 years. Ready to buy first week of March.

What won't work : RED or Purple cars, no non t-top cars, V6 , project vehicle ie: needs engine/trans work, Smokers car, Rusted body panels, no leaks of any sort

What would be most preferred: MUST HAVE T-TOPS , LS1 but not dead set, Trans Am over Camaro but not apposed to a Camaro body, M6 trans much preffered to A4. Under 150,000 Miles unless new engine/trans somewhere.

I am sure I am forgetting some crap but that is a good start

What do I have to spend? $5000 would be about the limit give or take.

Please understand this is again my fifth f-body so don't try to pass some shit box off on me. I know my way around the cars fairly well. This will be a somewhat daily driver and I don't have the time to work on this one...must be turn key for the most part.

Thanks to all who reply. I am willing to travel within a few hrs from southern Mich to pic up the right car.

Check LS1Tech, I've seen a TON of AWESOME deals on F-Bodies over there.

Keep in mind though, you're going to have to look pretty hard to find exactly what you want within your price range. They're out there, your budget is going to limit LS1 cars, but you should be able to score a nice LT1/T56 t-top car around that price with no problems and lower miles.

                    Good luck!
