  • Selling one of the cars......

Relax everybody, I'm not selling any of the TA's....

But I have decided to part with the 1991 Lincoln Mark VII, so if anyone knows someone who might be interested please pass it along.

The car is originally from down south and is just as clean underneath as it is above. It has 95,600 miles but you wouldn't know it from looking at it. The 5.0 runs smooth and offers plenty of power, this is/was the true "Hot Rod Lincoln". I've shown it at some of the local shows, and it's always drawn attention, most people are shocked when I tell them it has close to 100k miles.

I just replaced the altenator, front and rear drivers side brake calipers, rotors, and brake pads all around. The calipers froze up from not using it enough, I'm pretty sure the same can be said for the altenator. This is also the reason I'm selling it, I just don't have the time to get it out and drive it like it needs to be.

Like I say in my Ebay ad, you don't find these cars like this anymore. Most that are left are in rough shape, and those that aren't have extremely low mileage with an extremely high asking price. So again if anybody knows of someone who might be interested, I'm asking $5500. PM me for my contact info. Thanks for looking!!

There may be a couple things in the works, but at this point it's really just because I hardly ever drive it...............I've gotten to the point where I look in the garage and think "What the heck am I doing???", there's no reason to keep some of the toys around if I'm not going to use them.

Good luck with the sale. Are you on Motown? There would be a bunch interested over there. Plenty of Ford guys and quite a few Mark guys as well.

No I'm not, I try to limit my forum exposure to TA/Pontiac related sites.

Amen! A car might be very good looking or rare but that doesn't mean it should just sit. These cars that like that drive me nuts!
