1998 Jeep Cherokee For Sale $2000

1998 Jeep Cherokee Classic (body-colored moldings) 4.0L inline six, auto with NP231 transfer case (2high, 4high, 4low). 135k miles. Oil always changed within 3,000 miles. Has a throttlebody spacer and cone filter setup, ZJ wheels, and a JVC headunit. Very reliable transportation and great for a first car. Has some rust in the usual places but nothing too bad. Passenger side front door was patched along the rocker. Has a salvage title and could use new hoodlatches but other than that it's ready to go. Hood is a bit damaged as well as the plastic trim piece for the cowl from the hoodlatches letting go on me. Right now it still has the driver's side hoodlatch (functioning) but the pass. side is held down by a bungie cord. Tires still have a lot of tread left as seen in the pictures.

Had two offers on it already, one too low and the other just a touch low but she said she might be able to come up with a bit more. Hopefully it sells so I can start a new "project"!

why the salvage title?

Previous owner wrecked it and had it put back together. Only references to it now is a little bit of orange peel on the driver's side a-pillar.

Sale is pending. Guy handed me a $100 deposit tonight and is coming back Friday.

If he comes back and I get another car to drive DAILY, my car WILL be getting more stuff done to it this summer. Such as stuff that makes it less driveable but faster. Drag radials on new wheels maybe?
