And these cars make far more the 302 hp lol..watched a little bolt on SS with long tubes and a tune put out 347 rwhp two summers ago. Got to jet..have a good one everyone!!

hah yeah I hope to be above 20 still, I dont see why not. But I dont think it will be too hard knowing in the back of my mind that I have to save my clutch and rear end till next summer. This has really hit the bank hard but at least the engine is done. oh hah yeah ford struggle to make power and when you finally do, you might as well be driving a truck pulling a trailor because youl be getting 10 -/+ mpg. While we dont build our cars to maintain mpg, its sure nice having some comfort in knowing that you can drive the car anywhere and not have to worry. my old Gen 1 lightning which is getting a frame off right now has a new rebuilt engine and will probably still only make 10mpg and at only 300 engine hp! ugh should have put a chevy in it!Originally posted by MunsterZ28 View Posti was talking about the ford 302. not a ls1 having 302 hp

Stenod's dyno may not produce those numbers but I guarantee the car will run 100x better and trap well.Doing less with more

Got the car back from the Dyno..pulled a 418/388 which aint bad considering its on a stock fuel system, stock MAF and stock throttle body. No underdrive pully and still have the accordion style air inlet pipe..need that smooth bellow. So not bad Id say. Also thinking about chopping out that damn LM1 muff..nah oversized pipe really that they call a muffler and swap it with a actual muffler. Thinking those Hooker Max-flow mufflers flow great from what Ive heard; claim over 99% efficient?? Looking for that deep sound without being cheap sounding like the flowmasters but dont want to choke it up since I have a choked up Y-Pipe (UGH!!) already.
